Q: How do I link multiple child accounts?
Sign up with a parent account first. Go to your Parent Portal dashboard, click "Add Child Account" and supply your child's email address. Once confirmed, you can toggle statistics between their dashboards.
Q: What is the lesson recording policy?
Every classroom session is automatically recorded for security, vetting, and learning audits. Recorded videos are uploaded directly into the Parent Portal within 24 hours of the class finishing.
Q: How do weekly and monthly progress reviews work?
Tutors submit lesson notes and grade sheets directly in the dashboard after each class. Every month, a structured progress update report is generated outlining strengths, areas of focus, and general class attendance.
Q: What happens if we need to cancel a class?
We operate a flexible 24-hour notice policy. If you cancel a session 24 hours prior to slot start, your slot balance is credited back into your portal. Short-notice cancellations may be charged.
