Vetting & Video Rules

Enhanced DBS / Background Checks — All tutors undergo a background check equivalent to DBS Enhanced Certificate (UK) or international equivalents.

Mandatory Camera-On Policy — Tutors and students must keep video cameras switched on for identification and engagement purposes during all live sessions.

Session Recordings — All 1-to-1 live classes are recorded and stored securely for 30 days for safeguarding review if a concern is raised.

Zero Tolerance for Inappropriate Behavior — Any bullying, harassment, or grooming flagged via the confidential report tool triggers an immediate investigation.

Parental Access — Parents can view session recordings and progress reports at any time through their parent portal.
